Hello All!
For the first time in two years, Troop 3 has returned to Tennessee Tech University for their Annual MBU (Merit Badge University)! Russell Moffett took the Engineering Merit Badge, while Owen Booth took the Citizenship in World Merit Badge.
MBU’s are great opportunities to knock out most, or even the whole, of a merit badge in just one day! They are also recruitment opportunities used by the college itself to encourage the scouts to consider them for their college-of-choice when they are older.
Oh yeah, we can’t forget to mention the great, all-you-can eat, college food!
